Automatische onderhoudsherinneringen
Voor een installatiebedrijf bouwden we een module die jaarlijks automatisch contact opneemt met klanten voor hun onderhoudsbeurt. De klant ontvangt een mail met directe boeklink - minder telefoontjes voor de planner, en hogere conversie omdat klanten zelf hun moment kiezen.
Peppol e-facturatie aan grote afnemers
Voor een gerenommeerd payroll-bedrijf bouwden we een Peppol-koppeling bovenop hun bestaande boekhoudpakket. Facturen aan grote afnemers zoals BAM Bouw gaan nu volledig conform de geldende standaarden de deur uit, zonder dat de boekhouder het pakket hoeft te verlaten.
Persoonlijke e-mails in plaats van "Beste klant"
Een opleidingsorganisatie wilde af van anonieme mails uit hun cursusplatform. We bouwden een mail-laag die bestaande velden - naam, voorkeuren, eerdere modules - automatisch in elke mail verwerkt, mét toonzetting per doelgroep.
Afspraakherinneringen via SMS of WhatsApp
Voor een dienstverlener met te veel no-shows bouwden we een herinnerings-module die een dag van tevoren automatisch een SMS of WhatsApp stuurt - naast de bestaande mail uit hun hoofdpakket. Resultaat: significante daling in no-shows en lege agenda-blokken.
Visuele dashboards in plaats van rapportagelijsten
Voor Boozed Experience Creators bouwden we een dashboard-laag die hun ruwe data visueel ontsluit - met prognoses, drill-downs en filters die aansluiten op hun werkwijze. Strategische beslissingen gebeuren nu op een blik, niet meer op een uitgedraaide Excel.
Automatische budget- en deadline-alerts
Voor een projectorganisatie bouwden we een waarschuwings-laag die signaleert wanneer een project richting budget-overschrijding of deadline-overschrijding gaat. De projectmanager krijgt een mail met de context - niet pas achteraf in de maandrapportage.
Herbevestigings-mail twee dagen vooraf
Voor een dienstverlener bouwden we een herbevestigings-flow die klanten 2 dagen voor hun afspraak een mail stuurt met een herbevestig-link. Klanten die niet bevestigen komen automatisch op een nabel-lijst. Resultaat: agenda klopt, en de planner heeft weer tijd voor het echte werk.
Korte enquête na elk werkbezoek
Voor een montagebedrijf bouwden we een enquête-flow die automatisch verstuurt na elke afspraak. Resultaten zijn direct te filteren per regio, accountmanager of monteur - geen offline Excel-rondes meer.
Automatische betaallink in elke factuur
Voor een dienstverlener bouwden we een betaallink-integratie die op elke factuur een directe betaalknop plakt. Klanten klikken, betalen, klaar - de doorlooptijd van facturen daalde meetbaar.
Voorraad-waarschuwing voordat het kritiek wordt
Voor Boozed Experience Creators bouwden we een waarschuwings-module die niet alleen kijkt naar de huidige voorraadstand, maar ook naar de trend. De manager krijgt een alert vóórdat de voorraad onder een kritieke drempel zakt.
Automatische agenda-uitnodiging voor trainings-deelnemers
Voor een opleidingsorganisatie bouwden we een agenda-export die elke training direct als kalender-uitnodiging in de bevestigingsmail meestuurt. Deelnemers accepteren één keer, hebben 'm vervolgens in hun eigen agenda - minder gemiste trainingen.

For an installation company we built a module that automatically contacts customers each year for their service. The customer receives an email with a direct booking link - fewer phone calls for the planner, and higher conversion because customers pick their own time.
Peppol e-invoicing to large customers
For a renowned payroll company we built a Peppol integration on top of their existing accounting package. Invoices to large customers such as BAM Bouw now go out fully compliant with the applicable standards, without the bookkeeper having to leave the package.

A training organisation wanted to get rid of anonymous emails from their course platform. We built an email layer that automatically incorporates existing fields - name, preferences, previous modules - into every email, with the right tone per audience.
